About the M5 Pump
The M5 Pump is designed to be simple and easy to operate. The pump comes with pre-installed and tested firmware. Occasionally, firmware for this pump may need to be updated.
Firmware Updates
A Firmware Update may be required periodically to ensure the M5 has the latest updates. To check for firmware updates, visit the Blue-White website product page and check firmware documentation. The firmware instructional video is located on the website.
Firmware updates required a USB-A to USB-C cable to connect a laptop/PC to the pump. Do not use a USB-C to USB-C cable. If the laptop/PC only has a USB-C port, a USB-A to USB-C adapter must be used.
System Information
All M5 pump system information can be accessed by pressing the App key and then pressing the System Information key.
