About the A3 Pump
The A3 (Legacy) Pump is designed to be simple and easy to operate. The pump comes with pre-installed and tested firmware. If firmware has not been updated recently, firmware for this pump may need to be updated.
Firmware Updates
A Firmware Update may be required periodically to ensure the A3(Legacy) pump has the latest updates. To check for firmware updates, note the firmware version while the pump is starting up. The pump may be required to power off first. Contact Blue-White, or an authorized service center, for further instruction.
Reset to Factory Default, and Hard Reset
The A3 (Legacy) pump can be reset to original factory settings by accessing “Reset to Factory Defaults” in the Configuration Menu.
A pump “Hard Reset” can be performed by pressing and holding the Up Arrow and Down Arrow simultaneously when the pump is powered on, and holding the buttons until the pump start-up is complete. This will clear all settings and reset all functions.
