About the F-400 Flow Meter
The F-400 Flow Meter is a design to integrate easily with existing and new pipe systems. There are no controls other than user provided flow control valves. No other updates, programming, or adjustments are needed for fully operational functioning of the flow meter.
NIST Calibration
Blue-White provides NIST Traceable 5-point Calibration service for variable area flow meters. Calibration service can be performed when the flow meter is ordered initially or sent in later for re-calibration.
OPTION #76V1 1/2” pipe sizes and less
OPTION #76V2 3/4” to 1-1/4” pipe sizes
OPTION #76V3 2” pipe size
Note: Service is unavailable for flow ranges under 0.1 gpm
Each meter is individually calibrated with water only and includes a calibration certification graph.
For new flow meter orders, add the option number to the meter model number when ordering. For existing flow meter recalibrations, contact the factory to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions.
Blue-White’s class A calibration standard test equipment is certified to provide accuracy of: +/- 0.43%. The measurement uncertainty of the standard used in this calibration does not exceed 25% of the certified accuracy of the flowmeter under test. The Blue-White calibration standards comply with MIL-STD 45662A and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
