Introduction to the MC2 Diaphragm Pump

The MC2 CHEM-FEED® Diaphragm Pump is a positive displacement chemical metering pump that delivers reliable chemical feed.   

The MC2 diaphragm pump features a motor-driven diaphragm with full stroke length for consistent flow.   

The MC2 uses either DiaFlex^® or Flex-A-Prene^® diaphragms.  DiaFlex^® diaphragms are designed to last the life of the pump.

• The MC2 pump can deliver up to 16.5 GPH (62.5 LPH) at 100% motor speed.  
• Up to 175 psi. (See pump curves for exact pressure requirements at specific flow rates) 
• Brushed DC Motor capable of 200:1 turndown.  
• 5-button LCD Display. 
• Manual Speed Control. 
• Remote Start/Stop. 
• 4-20mA input. Fully scalable at the pump. 
• Pulse and Frequency input speed control.  
• One Alarm Output Relay. (FVS or DFD) 
• Integral DFD (Diaphragm Failure Detection) leak detection.  
• FVS (Flow Verification System) input.  
• Manual Prime. 
• Wetted parts are PVDF connectors and pump head, DiaFlex^® or Flex-A-Prene^® diaphragms, Alfas or EP O-rings/seats, and ceramic ball checks (optional Teflon ball checks.)  
• Removable terminal blocks and junction box for power and communication wiring. 
• 2 Year Limited Warranty. 

Applications 

The MC2 pump is designed to provide smooth chemical feed for various chemicals and processes.  It can reliably pump aggressive acids, caustics, fertilizers, soaps, and a variety of other chemicals.  

The smooth flow profile and full diaphragm stroke allow the MC2 to minimize vapor lock and the need for re-priming.   

The MC2 pump is constructed of chemical-resistant materials, making it an excellent choice for aggressive acids and mixed or proprietary chemicals.
