Description
The F-2000 is a paddlewheel flowmeter that accurately measures water flow through existing piping systems. The F-2000 uses a paddlewheel technology to measure flow rates. It is plumbed into the water lines and provides real-time measurement of flow and totalization (resettable.)
The F-2000 flowmeter has a simple LCD display and has programmable alarm outputs and analog outputs to other devices such as PLCs or SCADA systems.
The F-2000 is a plug-and-play flow meter that works out of the box. It can also be programmed. The F-2000 controller can be mounted directly to the provided fitting or saddle, or mounted remotely on a pipe, wall, or control panel.
The F-2000 comes in 4 models.
F-2000 RT is a rate and totalizer meter – no outputs. RT unit can be battery-powered or powered by a provided transformer/power cord.
F-1000 AO is a rate and totalizer meter with analog output (4-20ma or 0-10VDC.)
F-1000 PC is a rate and totalizer meter with batch processing and proportional dosing. The PC unit has a programmable relay output.
F-1000 AP is a rate and totalizer meter with analog output, flow rate alarms, proportional metering, and flow totalization alarms. The AP unit is a combination of the AO and PC units.

Applications
The F-2000 is designed to read flows in full water lines. It can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipes. See the installation section for the best recommendations for flowmeter location.
The F-2000 should not be used where there is heavy particulate, stringy material, or large debris in the water lines.
