CHEM-FEED® Multi-Diaphragm Metering Pump
The MD1 delivers smooth, continuous chemical feed even when injecting fluids that off-gas. Its cutting-edge Hyperdrive® Technology alternates pumping action between two diaphragms, minimizing pulsation and risk of vapor lock.
Exclusive DiaFlex® and Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms offer superior chemical resistance and maximum durability.
The “MD1C” Control model features manual speed control, 4–20 mA input and 4–20 mA output, Remote Start/Stop via Normally Open or Normally Closed dry contact, and FVS (Flow Verification System) input, while the “MD1B” Base model provides manual speed control only with no input/output options.

- Dual Diaphragm with full stroke technology will not lose prime, ideal for pumping chemicals that off-gas (Peracetic Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite)
- Can pump chemicals continuously, like a peristaltic pump, without the need for tube assemblies
- Unibody and Unidirectional Cartridge Check Valves reduce parts, simplify maintenance, and ensure proper directional installation.
Communication & Interface (Included with C Control):
- Input: 4-20mA external control
- Input: Remote Start/Stop: Non-powered dry contact closure for remote start/stop
- Input: Compatible with Flow Verification Sensors MS6 and MICRO-FLO
- Output: Alarm relay 250V / 3A
- Output: Motor On / Off single solid-state
- SCADA Inputs/Outputs include: 4-20mA. (Included with MD1C only)
