FLEXFLO® M1

The FLEXFLO® M1 is now available in two configurations, providing a simple way to match the pump to the application. The M1C Control Model includes full I/O for automation, monitoring, and system integration, while the M1B Base Model offers cost-effective manual operation with the same proven pump performance. Both models deliver precise, low-maintenance chemical feed with a self-priming, valve-free peristaltic design and Blue-White’s patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD+) for added protection.

Self-Priming, Valve-Free Peristaltic Design: Smooth chemical feed without vapor lock or loss of prime.

Brushless DC Motor (BLDC): Energy-efficient motor design that supports continuous operation without overheating.

Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD+): Detects tube failure to stop the pump and help prevent chemical leaks, with added sensing capability for polymers and oil-based media.

Rugged, Weatherproof Enclosure: Sealed NEMA 4X construction for demanding environments with long-term corrosion resistance.

Heavy-Duty Display Shield: Designed to protect the user interface in industrial and outdoor installations.

USB-C Port: Supports fast, field-ready firmware updates.

M12 Connection Platform (Control Model Only): Secure signal connections for automation and monitoring.

Wall-Mount Bracket Option: Supports stable installation and improved service access.

Model Options:

  • M1C – Control Model: Full I/O capability for automated process control and monitoring, including 4–20 mA input/output, remote start/stop, flow verification compatibility, and alarm outputs. Ideal for SCADA and PLC integration.
  • M1B – Base Model: A streamlined manual-control configuration with Start/Stop, Prime, and Lockout functions. Designed for stand-alone applications where external automation and I/O are not required.
