The ADV, or Automatic Degassing Valve system, is an exclusive technology that is now standard on our CD1 and MD1 multi-diaphragm metering pumps. It significantly reduces the risk of vapor lock and eliminates the need for external degassing components, ensuring seamless performance. The ADV system delivers consistent and reliable liquid metering by expelling trapped gases, making it ideal for demanding applications.
The ADV system includes six upgraded check valves and one degassing valve, which is installed in the discharge line of the manifold. The ADV system is now shipping in all One Series multi-diaphragm metering pumps.
In addition, you can easily upgrade your current CD1 or MD1 pumps with our new ADV system check valve kit.
