The Enhanced CHEM-FEED® CD1 Multi-Diaphragm Pump incorporates the latest advancements in chemical metering technology to deliver unmatched reliability and true plug-and-play operation. At its core is our patented dual-diaphragm Hyperdrive® system, where one diaphragm draws while the other discharges—producing smooth, virtually pulse-less flow. This motion reduces chemical agitation and mitigates common issues like vapor lock, loss of prime, and inconsistent dosing when working with off-gassing chemicals.
Built for demanding environments, the CD1 features rugged construction, mistake-proof check valves, and a 180 PSI pressure rating, which is a 20% increase over the previous CD1. These enhancements dramatically reduce maintenance frequency, protect against downtime, and maintain consistent flow even under high system pressures.
